Housekeeper Cleaning Time (Report)
Summary
With the release of Chorum Mobile, hotels can now require housekeeping staff to track time spent on individual requests via the mobile app using the timer function. Once the request has been saved, any time on the clock is added to the time displayed on this report for each housekeeper that uses the function. This report, also called the HCT report, aims to provide hotels a means of monitoring housekeeper activity and seeing if any are spending longer than necessary on individual rooms. The exact usage, of course, is up to your hotel’s discretion.
The below report was printed using a single-day range, with a cleaning time threshold of 4 minutes. The report can be printed over any previous date range to the present business date in Chorum (you cannot print the report for future dates). You can also set the “Cleaning Time Threshold” filter, which will change the color of any times over the set threshold to red. This is explained more below.
